I originally contacted this practice when one of my dogs was very sick and they were the only practice that was willing to see him. Unfortunately, It was too late for him. I switched my other three dogs to them and I have never looked back. Dr. Heins is thorough and kind. He explains everything so thoroughly. I always ask a lot of questions and he is happy to answer them. Whenever I called the practice, they are more than happy to help me. I highly recommend them.
