I have been a patient for approximately 20 years. I have always had a great experience with all of the doctors and staff. They are caring, compassionate and helpful. In fact, I recently went through a very stressful health situation and Dr. Hayward took lead over the situation. When Dr. Hayward received the test reults from my other doctors, she immediately ordered additional tests, gave me a 2nd opinion, advised me as well as made me feel heard and seen..I am so grateful for her support throughout the situation.

I’ve been a patient for several years and I’ve just about had it with the front desk staff. It’s unbelievable how nasty they are over the phone. I get it, you’re busy, but have some decency and manners when speaking to nice, innocent patients! I just had such a horrible experience over the phone trying to get some records, and I always go above and beyond to be super nice and passive with them, because I know they will be super aggressive. They all but yell at you over anything, and are SO impatient to answer any single question that they’re ready to hang up on you when you still haven’t even asked what you need to ask. I try to always keep it as brief as possible because I know how impatient they are, but sometimes I have to call with an innocent question or request, and I’m always made to feel like I’m so bothersome that I dared to call. Jesus, seriously considering changing my PCP. I’m not even a fan of Dr. Hayward anyway. For example, I had a feeling my vitamin D was low and she was telling me there’s no need to test it, no need at all. Well I said I don’t care I want to test it… sure enough, my vitamin D was extremely low. That was just one example. I feel like she takes no interest in helping me as a patient. I’ll just try to research my health concerns on my own because I don’t trust that anything I need help with will be given a solution.

I had a very poor initial meeting with Dr. Gredell and did not return to this practice as a result. I was very ill in 2021 when I met with her. She made several suggestions which I happily agreed to follow up on but when I declined one recommendation she suggested, she became very noticeably irritated and stated that she was “annoyed” with me as she had spent “so much time” with me (maybe a 20 minute visit for an initial intake?) and her entire demeanor changed. I was very sick at the time and this unkindness greatly affected me. I was reminded of our encounter when I saw her notes from our visit today during a follow up with a different provider and wanted to share my experience and prevent someone else from this type of traumatizing experience. I ultimately went to work with Riverview Medical Associates and would recommend them instead.

Caring and knowledgeable doctors, nurse practitioners, techs and front desk receptionists. Busy, thorough, professional. Good coordination with specialists.

Busy place but the people there do take care of you. Everybody in reception works hard. Every nurse and doctor I have seen is friendly and takes their time.

I was referred to this location for a specific doctor. I was unable to get an appointment when I needed it. However, I saw Jamie White instead. My husband sees Dr. Denise Hayward. Both practioners are caring and take the time to listen to your medical concerns. The office staff are pleasant and courteous. The office is a well oiled machine both pre-Coivd and now. I cannot say enough good things about the location and all staff that work there. So thankful to have them on my medical team.

The front desk staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. Today they were just nasty. I will not go back again.

I had to get a pre op clearances for my upcoming surgery. My doctor is Dr. Hayward and she is so very kind, sweet, warm, listens to all your concerns. Everyone was so nice from her MA, I didn't get her name, to the phlebotomy tech Courtney was so sweet.

Frustrating experience as a new patient. Tried to book an initial physical with a specific doctor that I had done research on and was told she would not have an opening for at least 2.5 months. I waited out the 2.5 months specifically to have an appointment with her and on the day of my office visit, was seen by someone else. No one had informed me, and she apparently doesn’t even work that day. I was seen by another doctor who was quick, dismissive, and quiet frankly condescending. Terrible management and communication. Look elsewhere if you are a new patient looking for a new primary care physcian.

Dr. Nardone saved my life. She expertly solicited my health condition from me and based on that performed an EKG which showed atrial fibrillation. I was sent to the emergency room which confirmed it. My problem was caused by drinking, and so I stopped and no longer have any problems.Dr. Nardone also diagnosed a combination of lyme disease and babesiosis which laid me low for weeks. Riverview did nothing so she took over. She cured me in a few days.
