“We came to look for a used Tiguan. Brian A showed true involvement and enthusiasm while showing us 4 cars at 2 different locations that took quite a while. He knew all about trims and features of these models. We liked one of the cars we test drove and he was receptive to negotiate the right price for the car. We ended up getting the car. We also were involved with few other associates and everyone was extremely nice. All in all the whole experience was very pleasant, efficient, not pushy and stress free! I would strongly recommend the staff and the dealership!”

“Was greeted by a nice gentleman who opened the center and was so pleased to see Alissa behind the counter. She has such a nice way of doing the intake and then explaining the services needed. Told someone that I didn’t feel I needed to “steel” myself for the service up sale push. She is a total GEM of an employee!! There was another lady that was working on her day off to cover the cashier area who was pleasant and professional even though could tell she was exhausted. Oh and the renovated showroom looks great!”

Also the waiting room is very comfortable. My car was finished in a timely manner. The plus was that the car got washed, too.”
“The employees at this store genuinely try to help you. After a snowstorm the battery on our car went out and we needed to replace it immediately. Tomar not only recommended the right battery but also ran tests to make sure it wasn't the starter or alternator. He did that despite the inclement weather. Their prices aren't crazy and best of all they help you find the right part. Great honest advise is all I have received here. I recommend them very highly. Big shout out to Tomar; who goes above and beyond to help.”

“Visited the JDVW Parts Center for a recall and it was an overall GREAT experience. Ease to set up an appt during holiday break. Plus was given an over estimate of what service and parts will need to be replaced on my vehicle. BUT best feature is the text video alert explaining the process and that the car was ready. Overall took about an hour. The service desk reps are also very nice and attentive. Received video + printed statement of estimate. Overall a GREAT experience. ANNNNNND my car got a free car wash inside and out!! Meanwhile, the recall service was free! -- and i received all this great service. Thanks again!”
