Frank was incredibly helpful and took the time to calculate how much material I needed based on my blueprint, which made the entire process quick and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Another team member also went out of his way to provide directions to the warehouse for material pickup. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future projects.”
“I found all of the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.Even though it took me quite a few visits over a couple of months none of the staff ever lost patience with me (Completely my fault not their fault). What really had me sold on making my purchase was that whenever I showed up each sales person always sign off on the 1st person who helped me. This is NOT a cut-throat atmosphere. I called right to a person I didn’t have to hold not transferred to voicemail my question was answered politely and quickly.
I walked in someone helped me immediately he was knowledgeable and friendly. Very quickly I was out in the yard same great experience I wasn’t there 30 seconds someone asked if I needed help asked me to pull up where my material was stacked quickly and politely loaded me up.

“This place is great! I unfortunately had bought some replacement shelves for the closets in my apartment from HomeDepot and they had cut one of them the wrong length. So when I went to HD to have it cut again they wouldn't do it bc it wasn't 12 inches or more or some ridiculous excuse. I called one other place before I called these guys that also wouldn't do it. The man I spoke to on the phone told me to come down and he would take care of it. They guys took care of it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Such great guys! Wish I had come here from the jump!!”
“They had a hard to find 1/2 inch Type C fire rated drywall. Ray was very helpful on the phone and in person. The workers in the yard helped cut the large sheet so it would fit in my small SUV.”

“I needed 16 ft of base moulding to finish off a project. I am tired of the crap that the big box stores offer. I was hesitant about purchasing from Kuiken just because of how small my needs were.
I got to say, everyone was incredibly helpful and courteous. Even the young man who cut my 16 ft. of moulding so I get it into my damned car.
5 stars to these guys. I am not a contractor or anything even close to being one. However, for now on when I need to work on a home project, I am going to Kuiken.
