Building Materials in Paramus, NJ

“Great experience.
I called right to a person I didn’t have to hold not transferred to voicemail my question was answered politely and quickly.
I walked in someone helped me immediately he was knowledgeable and friendly. Very quickly I was out in the yard same great experience I wasn’t there 30 seconds someone asked if I needed help asked me to pull up where my material was stacked quickly and politely loaded me up.
Simply quick and pleasant experience.”

“We couldn't be happier with our new windows from European Building Supply. The build quality is night and day compared to standard options, and the tilt-and-turn functionality is a game-changer for fresh air. The showroom team made ordering easy, and everything arrived exactly as specified. Exceptional service and a fantastic product!
We will definitely order interior and exterior doors from this company.
Thanks again for spectacular experience”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service. On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”
