They gave me advice on what to do, and right now my ps5 is connecting to the wifi. They advised me for completely free and solved my problem. I would recommend to come here for service and for advice on electronics. I felt it was an honest and straightforward store.”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.
I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, the cleanliness and décor of the store, and how well-organized the entire operation was. Leo and Alexandro clearly run an exceptional store, and their leadership and customer service skills set a very high standard.”

“Excellent customer service. Nelson at the AT&T store in Hackensack was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I had a big issue after ordering new lines and phones through AT&T 611, our bill was completely wrong, we were charged for a phone we never received, and every representative told us something different. Nelson took the time to fix everything, explained the process clearly, and even followed up with us to make sure it was all corrected in a timely manner. Highly recommend this store, ask for Nelson if you need a new line or a new phone. 100% recommend.”
