“First time going here, dropped my phone last. Woke up the next morning and I walked to Boost City took me 20 minutes, gave my phone and waited probably less than 30 minutes and walked back home. The price and time can NOT be beat. Compared to a local phone store (1 hour repair) not to drop names but yeah, time price and quality cant be beat.”

“A highly knowledgeable salesman with great manners, very helpful and he also happens to be a middle eastern US citizen, I think, and he speaks very good Spanish also, which is incredible and of course he also speaks english. As for me i've been with metro by T-Mobile since it was MetroPCS, and I think i've been with them for 14 or 15 years. I've been with them since my plan was $25.00 and it is unlimited. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Manager Jalal during my visit, and I must say he was a true professional. He patiently answered all my questions, explained the various service options, and made sure I had a seamless transition from my previous T-Mobile plan. His expertise was evident, and it made the process hassle-free.
One of the key highlights of Total Wireless is the excellent service and data quality. I've experienced reliable and fast data connections throughout my usage, which is crucial for both personal and professional needs. Streaming, browsing, and using various apps have been incredibly smooth, and I haven't encountered any drop in service quality.
In terms of the switch from T-Mobile to Total Wireless, I was initially hesitant, but I can confidently say that I don't regret my decision at all. Total Wireless offers a competitive alternative with exceptional customer service and a robust network. The value for money is undeniable.
