“This was my first time visiting this AT&T location, I was kindly greeted by Joseph (Joe)I instantly felt comfort and welcomed as I began to express my concern and reason for visit. Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. Angie qualified me for multiple discounts and rebates for owning my own phones. Overall, it was a great experience working with someone as knowledgeable as Angie. Verizon can be very frustrating to deal with sometimes but this store made it so easy and seamless.”

“They fixed my daughter's MacBook screen for half the price that the Apple store would have charged, and they did an excellent job. The owner is courteous, professional, and speedy. He told us how long it would take to order and receive the parts, and he contacted us as soon as the parts arrived. He then fixed the laptop screen the very next day. Thanks goodness for CompuTeaneck! Oh, and he saved her old laptop screen because he saw she had stickers on it, and he thought she might want to keep them. Very thoughtful!”

“MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”
