“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. Two weeks after, Randy even reached out to check that everything went well and that I was happy with their work. HIGHLY recommend to everyone in the area. This will now be my family’s go-to shop!”

The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.
Hans was able to get it fixed for under $1000
He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
The place is a bit tight, don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend them.”

He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. They aren’t pushy and the prices on the tires were good. Honestly pretty ridiculously low labor cost. Will be going back for the other two tires.”
