They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain and support. In today’s world, it’s not easy for small pharmacies to keep their doors open while competing with large chain prices, which makes their dedication even more admirable. We are truly blessed to have such an outstanding pharmacy in our town, and their expertise and compassion are deeply appreciated.”

“I like the owner. I've lived in Fair Lawn all my life except for 8 years of it when I first got married and I find the owner/pharmacist very nice. If they're out of stock on something, which happens about once per year, they will order it and get it the next day and I take 12 medicines cuz I've had cancer 3 times in 35 years. Last time they were low on a med the owner said we will give you half the prescription and when we get the rest in Monday you could come for the rest and I thought that was very nice so I didn't have to go without important medicine. At first, years ago, there was a bit of a language problem with the lady at the front desk because I was born in NJ and I couldn't get my point through about something but all that I had to do was ask for the pharmacist and she came over and spoke fluent english and was able to help me. Since then (2 years later) the lady at the front counter speaks English perfectly now. I have a pharmacy 4 blocks from my house that I used when I was younger but they weren't that nice to me when something wasn't covered easily and I already had a pre auth done by my internist on the medicine. I switched to this pharmacy and they were nice about things.”

“CVS in Fair Lawn on Fair Lawn Ave. has the nicest employees. The one lady, I think her name is Dorothy in the makeup department is always so helpful helping me select moisturizers and stuff and there's this woman named Nataliya That is like a supervisor pharmacy tech and she goes out of her way to help people even when it has nothing to do with the pharmacy. They hire really nice people there and I saved $9 in coupons just because I loaded them all in my app before I shopped. And I saved another $15 buying stuff where it was buy one get the next 1/2 price because that's basically like taking 25% off the item so you save a lot when they have a good sale. Mostly I just like the fact that the staff is so friendly + helpful.”

“This CVS store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly. This store happens to be my favorite CVS for all the reasons stated above.”

“Came back to the same cvs since it’s the nearest one and the best one and I’ve been coming to this cvs since I’ve moved here and I love every employe because they treat you nicely and I’ve had a lot of help trying to find stuff but mostly packs of the World Cup 2026 album and since I always buy a lot of singular packs I just decided to buy the 50 pack or the 100 dollar one and I had a lot of luck would come back. I also like cvs because they give out good coupons and I like using them because it helps me save more money.”

“I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s incredible clean and tidy. The staff is nice, even if they are quiet. Sometimes it gets busy but they don’t usually have more than 1-2 people working whenever I go. Manage expectations, get in and out, and it’s a perfect place to pick up what you need.”
