“I like the owner. I've lived in Fair Lawn all my life except for 8 years of it when I first got married and I find the owner/pharmacist very nice. If they're out of stock on something, which happens about once per year, they will order it and get it the next day and I take 12 medicines cuz I've had cancer 3 times in 35 years. Last time they were low on a med the owner said we will give you half the prescription and when we get the rest in Monday you could come for the rest and I thought that was very nice so I didn't have to go without important medicine. At first, years ago, there was a bit of a language problem with the lady at the front desk because I was born in NJ and I couldn't get my point through about something but all that I had to do was ask for the pharmacist and she came over and spoke fluent english and was able to help me. Since then (2 years later) the lady at the front counter speaks English perfectly now. I have a pharmacy 4 blocks from my house that I used when I was younger but they weren't that nice to me when something wasn't covered easily and I already had a pre auth done by my internist on the medicine. I switched to this pharmacy and they were nice about things.”

“I would give the overall CVS Chain a 0 after not being able to get someone on the phone or any help from any employee. I grew up in fairlawn and was passing by and stopped with a question for pharmacy. Sharon was WONDERFUL!!! Helpful, sweet and understanding. But most importantly HONEST. Totally restored my faith in CVS and competency. I hope her manager sees this and rewards her. It’s not hard to be polite and listen to customers!! She’s a gem and needed to be recognized. (I was the 3rd person she helped and was this way towards. I heard every interaction!)”

“I like that this location is more on the quiet side. You don't have to worry about the store being swamped with people. The staff is friendly. I typically use the photo department; order online and pick up in store. I also love that you're able to drop off fedex packages at this location.”
