“This store is fantastic. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They don’t try to oversell or talk you into buying more expensive products, like some other stores do. I bought a vape product and it didn’t work when I got home. I brought it back today and the owner switched them out for working product, no questions asked. Highly recommend this location.”

“I would give the overall CVS Chain a 0 after not being able to get someone on the phone or any help from any employee. I grew up in fairlawn and was passing by and stopped with a question for pharmacy. Sharon was WONDERFUL!!! Helpful, sweet and understanding. But most importantly HONEST. Totally restored my faith in CVS and competency. I hope her manager sees this and rewards her. It’s not hard to be polite and listen to customers!! She’s a gem and needed to be recognized. (I was the 3rd person she helped and was this way towards. I heard every interaction!)”
