“Amazing customer service!!! First off- if you ever need help with gift cards, accounts..etc- contact Arlene Jessourian! She is amazing and very professional! The whole team at the bank is friendly and provides excellent and detailed service! Will be back!”
“Although my loan was more complicated than most because the house is in an LLC, Chris Walsh and Yvonne Green navigated me through till closing and I got my money!! And at a very competitive rate.”
“Tuesday evening 1/23/24 I had the pleasure of stopping at this bank to make a quick deposit. I found the 2 tellers Michael & Toni to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Now I know where my bank is at when I am in the area. This pNC is open til 6pm and that is exactly why I was here. Late hours. I hope the branch manager knows what a great teller crew this Tuesday shift has :)”
“Not sure why they have low ratings, this is a great branch and the team is always so helpful. Hope this review helps boost their ratings! Gerard is always getting stuff done for my personal and business banking needs.”
“I had a great experience with Lina S. Lina is so nice and helped me quickly when I needed assistance. Will continue to come here as it is convenient to my work place as well. I next met with Joseph S and he was so nice and took care of my
issue with a payment I wanted to dispute. Also explained some of the better banking options for me. Thank you so much!”
“This is by far the BEST bank in my area. The entire staff is warm, friendly, helpful and professional. I will stick with this bank for many years to come -- and I encourage others to do the same.”

“I had a great experience working with my car loan officer Barbara at Polish Slavic FCU.
I felt communication was top notch.
From the beginning, Barbara was professional and very responsive. I was clearly explained all the loan options, interest rates and terms, making the entire process easy to understand.
What stood out most was how quickly everything was handled. My application was processed smoothly, and I received approval faster than expected.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Barbara and her team to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient auto loan experience.”
