A quick call, confirmed there was another available and the staff verified we "had a lemon" and the replacement functioned properly when we returned. “Furniture stores, all of them, have markups that are too high to be comfortable, no matter how much of a discount they give when you buy. This place is no worse than any other, but Mo at least smiled while he was trading their furniture for our money. We had a pleasant, no pressure visit, bought the couch, recliner, and chair that we set out to buy, and felt good about the purchase we made. When you go, ask for Mo. Not following us around the store, and checking with us after about 30 minutes of browsing was the absolute best approach he could have taken. We were able to relax and make our primary selections, and all that was left was the close.”
