I actually go out of my way to use this location over others nearby. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, with the exception of one newer employee who seems less approachable. Lines can get long due to customer delays, not staff, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. The space is small but functional, and they have a fun selection of envelopes. Overall, a great post office.”

“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. “Been here a couple times and I’m always met with fast and friendly service. Plenty of parking available and the line (if there even is one) moves quick. This is my go-to for USPS services.”
“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”
