“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”

“This boutique is my new go to when in NJ! The eclectic combination of clothing and accessories are artfully displayed and reflect a calming energy, UNLIKE the usual standalone stores with awkward staff and purchase pressure. AMAZING prices for NJ, both full and SALES! That said, the best part is Nancy — she’s absolutely fabulous with her eye for fashion and flattering designs for all body types! I quit browsing and deferred to her, without disappointment (walked away with quite a few new staple pieces for my wardrobe). Local ladies — make use of her talents before I snatch her up as my personal stylist ;-)”

“In the 6 months I’ve been a member, I’ve built increased strength and flexibility through the variety of class offerings, with the define strength class being my favorite, and the classic barre class a close 2nd! The owner Nancy and instructors are all excellent, and passionate about their craft and the workout and ensure corrections to all members from new to elite each class. The classes never feel over full and max out around 12-14 attendees. There are so many awesome class times and offerings it is easy to fit into even my schedule during crazy busy times. A must try for all fitness levels and you’ll immediately feel welcomed to an awesome community!”

I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.”
“Visited on a very rainy day, and the manager with the tats (Sara I believe) was kind enough to offer to help me lift my stroller up the stairs, because the lift was not working. Her overall demeanor was very kind and welcoming. Then the associate who assisted me was also very pleasant. He was tall, had cornrows (Giovani I think) and I believe he said he was new to the store, although he came across like he’d been working there for a while. Another great interaction. The store was clean and had a good vibe. There was only one employee upstairs who didn’t smile, didn’t greet me and my daughter, or ask if we needed help, although we were feet from her. She had braids, and her demeanor just didn’t scream customer centric. She was directing an employee so she may have also been a manger. Anyway, we ended up purchasing a couple items and will definitely visit again!”
