“Cozy punk store. Has great assortment of tees and accessories. The store associates are just amazing! All 3 are friendly, get things down for you, explain any store policy, open the fitting room, and get you your orders in no time if you order online. And the manager (male) is such a sweetheart!”

“I never thought about leaving a review for a clothing store I frequent. This specific Aero has been there throughout every season of my children’s lives. From middle school, to my son leaving for college. & to be honest it was a part of mine as a kid & now adult as well. Lester & the team at this store are absolutely wonderful. It is always a pleasure shopping here & I cannot express my gratitude enough for sharing these walks of life with us.”

“I had such an outstanding experience at the Express location at Willowbrook Mall. Every single employee I interacted with this past weekend was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service in a retail store. The staff here went above and beyond to make shopping enjoyable and stress-free, and their professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. This team should absolutely be considered role models for retail customer service everywhere. Huge compliments to everyone working there — you made a lasting impression!”

“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“My go-to store for everything classy, casual, and formal but with great comfort. The clothes are beyond comfortable they are versatile. Lightweight and compact jackets for everyday wear are my favorite. The best part is you can literally wear and store the jackets in the pouch they have included. Their women clothing is beyond comfortable. Layerable and sleek is my favorite. If you have not shopped here, you do NOT know what you are missing.”

“Bought many sweaters from this location. There are a wide selection of colors to choose from, more than enough to build a versatile wardrobe for any occasion. The sweaters I purchased were very comfortable and I wore them almost every day.I also bought some sweatpants, which were just as comfortable as the sweaters. Good prices all around, but the clothing is a bit bland. Great for minimalist styles, but if you want to pop out, I would recommend another store, like Uniqlo. The location is unfortunate as it is in what appears to be the least popular wing of Willowbrook Mall, especially since the Sears closed. Still, it's a nice, albeit hidden, place to shop for sweaters and sweats.”

One was only 19.95 and I got $10 off my second pair on my return visit because I gave them my email during checkout. The employees were very friendly and approachable.
