“Really nice facility, I had a metabolic screening here for my company. The check-in process was really smooth (I had a prior appointment). The machine asked if I had an appointment and it had a tray to put in your ID and insurance card, which it scans. The process itself was very smooth, took like 5 minutes for a blood test. Very professional and friendly staff.”

I came about 45min before the time window for drug screenings.. and I was out 20 minutes before the window of drug screening even opened. This location is very efficient and the workers are very nice and helpful. I had Kathalina and she was great.”

“My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.”

“I went to this lab yesterday and Im grateful for the nurses that assisted me. Patricia was kind and patient, she listened to my concerns. I apologize I recall the name of the other nurse however both of them went above and beyond to ensure i received the care i needed.”

“The Watchung LabCorp is always very clean, nice waiting area as well. Never a long wait even for walk in’s. Appointments are taken in on time. There are always multiple staff members making the process move along, so the one checking you in is not also doing the Lab work. I gave 4 stars because the staff isn’t very personable, but for some reason this seems to be the case at any of the LabCorp locations. Also they have a parking lot that it shared with other businesses in the building with most of the parking stalls reserved for those businesses,
but there are no reserved spots for LabCorp so parking can be difficult.”
“Despite arriving half an hour late, the attending nurse kindly suggested I register as a walk-in, and I was admitted within 15 minutes, impressive given how busy the location was. Thank you for such a courteous and humane approach!”
