(Update: they readjusted my seat, annoying my seat is manual adjustment. So take me forever to get it back to where it was.) “The guys at STS saved the day! Ended up with a huge chunk of metal in one of my tires, and they were able to get the specific tire I needed and replace the old one within about 24 hours. I have a long distance drive tomorrow for an important appointment, and their quick work made it so I didn’t have to reschedule. Would definitely use them again!”

“I went to my Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was pretty sure I didn't need one yet but they humored me and checked the fluid levels. Afterwards, they told me the oil was OK and didn't need to be changed. I had a concern about the windshield wiper and one gentleman checked it out. There was no charge even though they spent time with my car and talking to me, kindly explaining why it's important for me to drive the car, not let it sit unused. I always leave Roselle Jiffy Lube a happy customer. The kindness and professionalism of the staff leaves me feeling my car is safe and in good hands, as am I!”
“I work in Highland Park, and my entire office referred Schwartz & Nagle to me when I asked about repairs for my car. The past couple of auto mechanics I had used were awful and pricey so I lost faith in them! S&N was able to take my car in right away and diagnose the issues, explain them and quote $ to me, and then fixed them ASAP! Like within a couple of hours! And the prices were unbelievably lower than other places. I now have a renewed faith in auto mechanics (well, as long as they are only from Schwartz & Nagle!) Thanks to Matt and his staff! I had a tire blow out on the highway from a large puncture, called them that afternoon, they were able to get my tire of choice delivered the next morning, squeezed me in that day for install, and in 24 hours from my initial phone call, the car is done. And they’re very friendly. What more could you ask for?”
