Just got a smoothie that was expertly made by a pleasant young lady. Wholly courteous staff, except for the older woman behind the expresso bar. This woman went out of her way to insult me. Rather deviant behavior. Hopefully her nasty personality doesn't affect the younger people on the staff.

romany the assistant manager and Judy the food service manager give their 110% every day if you see them thank them for all they do. the manager judith does the absolute bare minimum, is rude to customers and does not treat her employees well. she should be removed from that store then more people would go there
