This place went backwards during Covid, slipped further after their move and has never recovered. Customer service is abysmal.

CVS Westfield Pharmacy staff are tops. I know they are busy, but they are always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable, and take time with any questions I may have

Too many items are locked and require locating a sales rep to unlock. Might as well go to Amazon
