This CVS location receives mixed reviews highlighting both significant strengths and notable frustrations. Many customers praise the store for being very clean, very well stocked, and having a decent amount of parking. The associates and the Store Manager are frequently described as very friendly, very helpful, courteous, and going well above and beyond to resolve problems. Specific mentions include excellent customer service where management took time to make things right and staff who have the customers' best interest in mind. However, several critical points are consistently raised. The automated management of prescriptions is heavily criticized, described as a problem that requires fighting through unless dealing directly with a helpful pharmacist in person. Some find other store attendants largely ignorant of products and locations. A broader concern is the perceived monopoly due to the store's partnership with insurance plans, which limits choice for many customers. Despite these issues, for those who appreciate the clean environment, helpful staff, and ability to save money with coupons and CarePass, this remains a CVS of choice.
This place went backwards during Covid, slipped further after their move and has never recovered. Customer service is abysmal.

CVS Westfield Pharmacy staff are tops. I know they are busy, but they are always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable, and take time with any questions I may have
