“If mom and I could give more than 5 stars to Adapt Health Service Representative Otis and his trainee Melissa, we certainly would! These representatives from Adapt Health were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Otis explained the features of the semi electric bed and also told us why they worked a certain way. He also took the time to answer our questions about making the bed more comfortable and functional for mom in the future. Otis is a great teacher and I am sure that Melissa will do well in her capacity as an Adapt Health representative in the future. It was a pleasure to have Otis and Melissa be our service representatives today. Mom and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come to our home again should the need arise.”

I called their office after 4:00PM on a Friday and they not only were able to offer a solution to my problem, but made arrangements to have the appropriate item delivered to my house, after hours, on a Friday night!
