My husband Avi and I came to your store on 8/10, to purchase a bariatric walker with wheels. Your customer service was wonderful! Before we met you, every step he took was very labored and unsteady. The minute Avi started using that walker, I saw a new man in him! He was once again able to walk with more comfort and security, even on uneven surfaces. He can even step up and down curbs. In the past, we always had to be near a handicapped cut-out in the sidewalks for him to have access to any place we'd go. Now? Now he is no longer limited. He walks much faster and does not need a wheelchair as often. It's like the world has opened up to him again. You gave him more of his independence back again. We walked out the door of your store and I cried tears of gratitude. To see my husband regain some of his independence and self-assuredness is something I will always remember. He no longer has to rely on me standing at his side, helping him as he walks. I'm sure that there are many days when you all probably just feel like you're doing your jobs--selling various types of equipment, doing the requisite paperwork for ordering, selling, shipping, taking inventory--whatever your particular job is at Sunrise Surgical Supplies.
