“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”

“Outstanding Customer Service! My company delivers groceries to Senior Citizens and the Disabled . . . Today, while out on deliveries, my driver ends up with a flat tire around the corner from their shop. He has a spare, but this is an "older" gentleman with a slight disability, so he cannot change it himself. For added pressure, we have a time issue on his route, and I'm back at the office in West Berlin, which is about 45 minutes away. I called Risoldi's, spoke to Gia who said they didn't have a mechanic there today, but she'd see what she could do. I got a call about 10 minutes later, a mechanic was coming over from another location to change the tire on my van!! She called me back shortly with an estimated total that I considered MORE than reasonable. I mean, for all the effort she made, and the mechanic driving back and forth, etc, I expected to pay more, and it was a very fair price. They got him back on the road, asap, and then charged me less than the quoted price!! My driver was able to make the time issue, and even commented on how nice and professional everyone was. Amazing! This wasn't a "big" sale, and there was more effort needed to make it happen . . . and they, especially Gia, came through for me in the end. What a great experience!! Thank you Risoldi's for saving the day!!”

“Motorcycle blew a rear tire. I reached out to langhorne towing and recovery which they arrived and assisted me super fast. They were very knowledgeable and had everything needed to safely secure my motorcycle to their flat bed tow truck. I just want to say, Ive seen numerous negative reviews on many local scrap yards pages and I honestly cant believe it! There are people complaining of scams or high prices but you expect to pay $0 for high end parts. You have to be reasonable and understand that they do not get these cars/parts for free! They pay top dollar so they have a good selection/inventory for customers like us! You complain of bad customer service, it’s the worst you’ve ever seen but you also don’t tell the whole story! You forget to mention the part where you as a customer badger the employees, call numerous times asking the same thing, attempt to negotiate a ridiculous price or give an attitude and disrespect them because you aren’t getting your way, not including calling for a parts availability and giving no info, wrong info or the bare minimum info and expect them to perform miracles and then when you arrive its the wrong part and put the blame on the business 100%. No one takes responsibility for the fact that you ask for a part for a year that’s completely different then the year you have then are upset when its wrong and tear the business apart when all they did was answer the question you asked based on the info YOU gave! Be realistic people! They are trying to make a living in this terrible economy and you kick them down every chance you get! Atleast they are out here trying to run a legit and fair business and provide the best service they can! You dont get your way and you have a fricken fit like a child and drag the business because they didnt let you take advantage of them or let you call them all kinds of names/talk down to them or let you get away with whatever you want! You cant come on to someone’s property and decide what you’re going to pay and tell them what you’re going to do! The customer isn’t always right like some of you think! Get it together! This goes for all businesses! We should be supporting small/family businesses and all I have been seeing is the opposite!
