“I'm passionate about supporting small local businesses, and set out to find a bike shop near my home, experienced with Harleys to keep my 2008 Road King on the road. I found Arrel Cycles via Google, spoke with Rob, the owner, about my ABS brakes issue, and he seemed to really know his stuff so I set an appointment. Not only did he fix my bike, but pointed out that my pads were nearly worn thru, and front tire had dry rot cracks (I bought the bike 4yrs ago and it hadn't been ridden much 3yrs before that). Rob does all the work himself, is an expert in his craft, and is a quality human being. It may take a few days to get in, but it is totally worth the wait. Call him up. You will not be disappointed.”

For 24 years we have serviced our community with honesty and great service. 99. 9 % are satisfied customers. Many of our customers have been coming to us for over 20 years. Quality and good service is paramount to us. I don't know who wrote this malicious comment but I encourage all our customers to write a fair and honest review of our service.
