“This is why it's always best to go with the local shops rather than the big chains. After 8 years, some new work on the house required about 10 pieces of hybrid flooring we bought over 8 years ago. One call to Hackettstown Flooring was all it took. Using my last name and phone number they pulled up my original order and located a case of the flooring within minutes. Due to time constraints, I needed the flooring soon and said I was willing to drive anywhere. Beth at HF arranged for me to pick it up at a facility in PA. No one was optimistic I could get that old flooring and yet 24 hours later, I had it! Beth-Thank you!! That was amazing service !! (Oh and the people in Pennsylvania; equally awesome!!).”
