“I switched phone carriers after 30 years with Verizon. The “loyalty discount” meant paying 3x more and lousy customer service. I walked into TMobile on Stiger St in Hackettstown and the usual after holiday crowd made me second guess my timing. I was met by Ange who walked me through the products, the transfer and assured me I would not lose any contacts or picture. He made it easy, he made me feel at ease and like we had whatever time was needed. He was able to briefly juggled several customer questions and simple needs while still being focused on working with me. He was able to explain the tech side of my new mobile phone in a manner I could understand. I wish so would have switched earlier and can’t praise this young man’s knowledge, demeanor and professionalism enough.”
“It's rare that I write reviews, but the experience I had at this particular T-Mobile store shook me out of my apathy. The service rep wrangled with corporate to get me a new iPhone with a trade in for my 2 year old Pixel 8. On a follow up visit I had great service with another rep. Highly, highly recommended visit if you need service from humans before the AI overlords take over.”
“I went to the AT&T store in Ledgewood over the weekend. I cannot tell you enough about the wonderful and positive experience I had. A young gentleman named Carlos was amazing. Even though the store had people waiting, Carlos took his time and made me feel as if I was the only person in the store. He gave a polite nod to the other customers and told them he would be there as soon as he could.
He let me know the ins and outs of the phone. He was clear about how much everything would cost and pulled up my bill to show me the impact of my new phone.
Not being tech-savvy at all, Carlos walked me through the setup and the information I needed.
If anyone is interested in getting a new phone and want the best experience ever I would go see Carlos.”

“Verizon is a breathe of fresh air over optimum. I decided to switch to Verizon 5G after optimum wouldn’t work with me on lowering my bill. It works just as well if not better than cable internet services and the customer service at the store was so refreshing. The first router I received didn’t work and they switched it out for me no questions asked. I am very happy I switched”
