This BJs doesn’t have the best selection or service, but they’re close and convenient. There’s no deli counter and the clothing section is tiny, also there’s never any signs showing that something is on sale, you’re forced to check each item individually on the app, time consuming and not convenient, and the search feature in the app is not robust at all, spell one letter wrong or leave one out and Zero results. Pretty terrible actually that customers have to jump through hoops just to receive store coupons and discounts.

I've been a member for over a decade and I'll never switch. Great customer service and reward program.

Good deals and these huge beach blankets will be a hit as well as the dinosaurs and school bus for my 2 y/o grandson.

Staten Island BJ’S is 100% better than Brooklyn, special Bay Ridge BJ’S location, easy to park, plenty of shopping carts, no crazy lines! Just missed no BJ’S Gas available, otherwise will be 5 star.

I ordered a graduation cake with a different theme. I wrote the instructions on the paper, which seemed a little difficult, and I worried if it would be correct. Well the cake was perfect! It turned out much better than I would have expected. Thank you so much!

Whenever I shop at BJ's, I do not use self checkout. I always go to the register and Marilyn has been ringing me up the last several times I've been there. She is a wonderful person. She is Always smiling and is so sweet. I hate food shopping but I only shop at BJ'S because of Marilyn. I hope you give her a decent raise.

Went to the Flemington BJ's today and encountered a very pleasant employee named Kim. She was extremely helpful in directing me to where I wanted to be and was then my check out cashier. I am very happy to say I had a wonderful experience!

Half the time, the products are out of stock and they do not restock. I have been trying to buy baby and laundry items for the past 3 weeks and they have always been out of stock. This store really needs to work on restocking their inventory. The other stores in brunswick,NJ and watchhung always seem to have stock

Most aisles have signs, making shopping easier. Store is well organized, and kept beautifully. If you use the BJ's cell phone app, you can scan each of the items as you put them into the cart, and it will automatically add any relevant coupons to your electronic "cart" for when you check out.

Over 300+ coupons. Waste more time looking for coupons than shopping. Inventory moves weekly to new locations, forcing wasted time looking. Any wonder why China is more productive??

Had an issue of air leak in my car. We have our tires changed and also rotated at BJs. My husband took it to BJs tire shop today and Jakai and Warton, the service crew members there were really very nice and helpful and also very efficient.

Absolutely absurd experience! Our membership had expired, which I had every intention of renewing... But didn't have the cash to do so today... and we needed an 18-pack of Pure Leaf tea... So, I went in and explained it to one of the associates up front, who seemed like he would be happy to help, and make a one-time courtesy exception for me... He asked a brunette, female associate to help him, and she said she would help me out, but she had another customer to attend to... And she asked me to give her a moment... Then, another female associate came up, and started asking me a million questions... And she said that no one would be able to help me, and ultimately, I would have to pay 20% more. I even told her that wasn't very consistent with what was previously told to me by the other 2 associates. Nothing. No apology. So I paid the $3.40 more for the 18-pack of Pure Leaf tea, as a surcharge for not being a member... And now, I am NOT going to renew my membership. I'll take my business over to Costco. I've spent thousands of dollars at BJ's over the years, and they want to bang me out for $3.40 more? Ok. You don't need me, I sure as hell don't need you... Not the least bit recommended to anyone. Horrible!

I like going to BJs except lately they tell there cashiers to put the items on the belt, instead of leaving them in the cart, I go out of my way to put everything in the cart which is usually 10 items max with the bar codes up so they can scan them quickly and they do not have to touch them, the cashier is wearing a mask and even though I do not worry about covid I do not need to get a lousy cold, she is protecting herself why can't I
