My friend can be difficult where her tech items are concerned, but Ian put her at ease and made sure she felt comfortable with him working on her laptop. It took a while, but Ian was able to figure out what was wrong and set things right again. His excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, and peerless professionalism turned what would have been a long and frustrating evening into a hopeful and pleasant experience. “Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.”
