Last week I visited the Xfinity store and was attended to by Amit, the manager. I had an issue of overcharge due to phone damage insurance. He corrected my issue to my satisfaction. I was impressed by his customer service and professionalism. I wish Amit success.

Went in to swap out a router. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Outstanding service! No pushy sales. Just got what I asked for.
