“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! Caliber was the shop they had in their network.they kept me updated, guided me through the entire process, step by step.
