“I visited this USPS location on April 14th to apply for a passport for my minor daughter, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience.
Flora was absolutely exceptional. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish, carefully caught and helped correct even the smallest errors on my application, and was thoroughly knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. What really stood out was how warm and attentive she was with my 7-year-old — chatting with her about her school day and keeping her entertained throughout the whole visit. It made what could have been a stressful errand feel completely effortless.
The rest of the staff carried that same positive energy. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help, and you could tell — multiple customers walked out with smiles, including us.
If you need passport services, come here without hesitation. A USPS location this well-run and this friendly is truly rare, and they deserve every bit of recognition they get.”

“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

“Had a great experience today. My friend had an appointment for passport, something was wrong with her birth certificate. The clerk told her exactly how to remedy. I had also brought my passport information to try and be seen without an appointment if available. She took my information and I got my passport. But I was prepared. I had everything filled out and ready to go with all my required documents.”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”
“I had a great experience here when I came. The man working the desk was alone, but efficient. He helped me deciding which package /envelope was the best for delivering my specific item. He was very patient after we filled out some information incorrectly and let me stand off to the side while he took the next customer in line (vs making me go back to the line) so he could take me as soon as I was done. His communication was compassionate and professional. Idk why there are so many bad reviews but I'm assuming it's not typical for people to leave good reviews when everything is fine but rather people definitely jump the gun as soon as one little thing goes wrong. So I'm here to say, I didn't see or experience any of this and hope more customers leave positive reviews of their true experience. I'll definitely be back. I'm also grateful they are open until 5pm vs other nearby locations. Yes there was a small line forming but that's because it was near their closing time and all other USPS locations already closed for the day. The line moved quickly. I think people just have 0 patience these days.”
