“I placed a large last minute balloon order at Party City. They had my balloons ready within a couple hours in plenty of time for my party. My only issue was that one of the balloons was already deflating as the order was brought to me. I had to point it out for it to be replaced (which it was, quickly). I just thought it was odd that it wouldn't have been replaced before I got there. Otherwise, it was super great.”

“Been coming here for years my now teenage daughter still shops here with my toddler & the young lady always nice ? it’s a small store but they have about everything in there for kids & adult I had a headband there very glitz ? what I think I keep coming is because they wrapped and personalized everything you need for free that’s a plus for me living in small town with bday party every day no time for wrapping and it’s quick all you gotta do is buy your stuff and they wrapped it nicely and write whatever you want the ladies again always friendly I never feel rushed
whatsoever and my girls are always happy getting gifts for friends & fam oh and they have that birthday package kid picks what they like you buy them & they keep it for you everything beautifully wrapped it’s awesome- Great job to the young ladies there sometimes it’s only one and she does it all I think it’s a family owned business too. The store is super welcoming and well-organized. They even host events which is perfect for connecting with other collectors. Plus the prices are great, whether you're buying or trading.
