“This East Brunswick store is one of the finest business establishments I have ever found. To my amazement, a human being actually answers the telephone after only a few rings, versus most stores offering a taped message with a variety of rerouting options before someone picks up your call. The sales women at this store are extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. I normally have merchandise sent to my home and the sales staff is always very thorough in taking all the information down correctly. My items never take more than 2 days to arrive and everything is packaged safely and securely. They take customer service to another level.”

“I placed a large last minute balloon order at Party City. They had my balloons ready within a couple hours in plenty of time for my party. My only issue was that one of the balloons was already deflating as the order was brought to me. I had to point it out for it to be replaced (which it was, quickly). I just thought it was odd that it wouldn't have been replaced before I got there. Otherwise, it was super great.”

“Uncle Andy's reputation is that every baby niece or nephew, starting around 1 year old, got a stuffed monkey as a present (In one case, one was about 3 feet tall, and crammed into a large box for overseas shipping!)...Latest addition to the family - little Anthony, at 6 months old - is about to get his next week. Around 40 bucks for a pretty cool monkey with flannel PJ's...Pretty damned cute, and can't wait to see the little guy's face!”

“Been coming here for years my now teenage daughter still shops here with my toddler & the young lady always nice ? it’s a small store but they have about everything in there for kids & adult I had a headband there very glitz ? what I think I keep coming is because they wrapped and personalized everything you need for free that’s a plus for me living in small town with bday party every day no time for wrapping and it’s quick all you gotta do is buy your stuff and they wrapped it nicely and write whatever you want the ladies again always friendly I never feel rushed
whatsoever and my girls are always happy getting gifts for friends & fam oh and they have that birthday package kid picks what they like you buy them & they keep it for you everything beautifully wrapped it’s awesome- Great job to the young ladies there sometimes it’s only one and she does it all I think it’s a family owned business too.
