“My overall experience with AT&T, I have to say an awful one to be honest their phone service when you call in is different and everything and products and deals are different than online stuff then different than in-store stuff. It’s like it’s three different businesses. The prices are outrageous there, not on the same page they find any way to swindle you like you can bring your own phones when you sign up and still a year later, you’re not due for an upgrade, which makes no sense to me but I do have to say this gentleman in the AT&T store that I dealt with last night was top-notch he was there by himself Taken care of four different customers after closing by himself and did it all with finesse he did it without any hiccups, qualms or complaints should be with a different company. He’s too good for AT&T.”

After Kevin fixed my phone in 5 minutes I decided due to talking to Karen earlier that I would get a new samsung galaxy 24+. The day before I had tried other verizon stores and verizon online help for 2 hours which only screwed my phone up more.
