“These guys are lifesavers! We are visiting my son in Forked River and our grandson's iPhone screen went black. It was about 2:30 on a Friday afternoon (today ) and we're leaving to head to California on Sunday. I googled phone repair and they popped up. As they were close (and I don't know my way around) we headed that way. I was shocked to find out they'd replace the screen, put on a screen protector, and fix his charging port all within an hour and for under $200! True to their word, it was ready within the hour and at the price they quoted me. I wish we lived closer, as they'd definitely be my go-to for all my electronic repairs!”

“I went into Barnegat(NJ) AT&T with questions about trading in my phone and others phones on my plan.
Rashawn was the gentleman that helped me . He provided me with copies of trade info to show the family members (I have a few phones and wanted to do them 1 at a time , as to Not back up the store)
I left with a newer plan(saving money) and a new phone . All the customer assistants were very nice.
Glad I stopped into that store.

“Extremely satisfied. Specially Ashley the store manager provided the best customer service I have ever gotten from any T mobile. Really awesome person. She saw what was going on with my broken phone, helped me with the insurance claim, foresaw that I had to wait 2 days for the new phone,.so she backed up all my information and passwords, so that when I came back with the new phone, everything transferred perfectly. Definitely by far the best t-mobile employee in the Bayville store. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ashley. Best customer service I ever got and will be referring and already have, with some, to head over to Bayville T-mobile. Really happy with everything. Worked super quickly also, and within an hour, I was back up and running better then ever. Again a huge thank you Ashley.”

I called the barnaget store to see if 5g internet was available and the person told me that he had a store filled with people and took time and said he couldn't help which in the time explaining he could have just looked it up. I called manahawkin store and JC went and got his tablet and looked it up. I wouldnt normally write a review based on such little interaction but JC did right by the customer and the and barnaget store couldn't give a second.”
