“My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. “These guys are so awesome!!! I needed new brakes and rotors all around and my dealership price was way out of my budget. I was so stressed thinking of how I would afford it plus new tires (as they told me I needed). Guys at Mcguire Auto Hobby inspired me to buy online and bring in for them to install or could guide me through it myself.I opted to let them install it!! They did just that plus let me know I am not in need of tires right now as dealership told me.Not being a car person means that I'm often gullible to things I'm told at dealerships and car shops because they know I don't have a way to dispute what is being told to me.Anyway I am so grateful to the team at the Auto Hobby JBMDL, who also did a comprehensive check while doing the brakes and rotor install.Highly recommend them to anyone who needs car services done or is mechanically inclined who can do it themselves.
