“The owner stayed by himself after working hours to fix my truck after my tire blew off on the highway and damaged the break line. He also reset the settings which fixed the transmission shift problem on my Fuso that no one could figure out how to fix for years. Overall the owner is very nice, honest, knowledgeable and caring. Something you would never expect at an authorized dealer, especially of a make that is no longer manufactured.”

“Chris is the best of the best. Reliable, honest and knowledgeable. He tells it how it is, and has always done right by me and my family (4 of my extended family members go to him). I don’t trust any other mechanic with my cars.
He’s gotten me out of some messy situations like the one time my car ran out of gas and he came to help me out. Or my tire was totally flat, and he helped me with a tire patch. He doesn’t sell you on more than what’s needed. His prices are fair, he stands behind his work, and I can always count on getting my car back in working order.”

From the beginning, Isabella was fantastic to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchaser. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, was always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.
I also want to recognize Matt and Andrew, who provided excellent customer service and were incredibly helpful and responsive. It is refreshing to deal with people who understand that good customer service doesn’t end once the vehicle is sold.
Finally, Evan, the Sales Manager, deserves recognition for the way he runs his team and handles his customers. He was professional, straightforward, accommodating, and clearly committed to making sure I was completely satisfied. His involvement reinforced the level of service I experienced from everyone at the dealership.
What impressed me most was that the customer service felt genuine rather than transactional. Isabella, Matt, Andrew and Evan each took ownership of their respective roles and made me feel like a valued customer throughout the process. That type of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly when purchasing a vehicle.
I have dealt with several dealerships over the years, and BMW of Springfield stands out for its professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a BMW and would not hesitate to return for my next vehicle.
