He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “I can’t say enough good things about the Browns Mills Post Office. My package was delivered to my old address because I forgot to update my address when I ordered something online (totally my fault) and Danielle immediately took action. She contacted the mail carrier, Ronnie, and he actually went back to my old house, picked up the package, and made sure it got to me. They didn’t have to do any of that, but they did it anyway going way above and beyond. That kind of effort and kindness is rare. Thank you both for going the extra mile.”
“Well I’ll tell you what, this UPS in Bordentown done handled my business better than I expected. I come in there with not one, but several packages of horse manure, all needing to go clear over to Ethiopia.
Young fella at the counter didn’t even blink much, just said “alright then” and got to work. Helped me wrap it up real tight and proper. Said we don’t want no “incidents” in transit, which I agreed with strongly. Took his time but also somehow went fast, which I don’t fully understand but I respect it.
Whole place smelled normal the entire time, which frankly is a miracle in itself. Everything shipped off smooth as can be.

“Generally, we have good experiences at most USPS offices. But there is always one office out of all that we patronize where a clerk is having a bad day. We just have to be patient and pray that their misfortune turns around.”

I've dealt with some horrible and rude USPS workers at other locations. I'm so grateful for Cynthia's professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this location!”
“Come here to get money orders. Fast easy in and out under 5 mins. Friendly staff great small town post office. Learned a lot all questions answered. Kind feels like a hallmark movie in there.”

“This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“Had a great experience at this USPS location. They had me in and out quickly, and the customer service was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. Not like it was apart of the building conservations in 1823! Overall, solid visit and I’d definitely use this location again.”

“This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”
