Came in after having issues with capital one customer service over the phone and decided to go in person, as soon as I walked in Shreya was very help, addressed all my concerns, was able to help me in every aspect, very kind & great customer service appreciate her so much!!! Thank you!

The worst ! I
Got a note to confirm my account details! Called them , two days in a row , they keep me on hold, my account frozen. Went to the bank they are not able to do anything ! Crazy ! SCARY !

They are so bad, that they don’t want to help you at all better to open an account in any other bank and there are a lot just across the street
