“We went to this branch last minute on a Saturday as we were walking by. As soon as we entered Natalia Oliver greeted us and helped us with our accounts, even though they were 20 min from closing.
We had an appointment at another branch in Edgewater but the associate never showed up and they didn't accomodate us. Natalia helped us on the spot without an appointment! As a new Chase Bank customer, this was a great experience at this branch. I will try and go out of my way to visit this branch more often because of the service.”

“I originally had an appointment at 9AM on a Saturday, but I actually woke up late and received a reminder call from their senior banker, Sook Wui. She was really polite, and I even suggested that since I am late to my appointment, I would wait my turn, but if you can fit me in, I would appreciate it. She definitely helped me as I arrived at the bank 40 minutes late for my appointment.
She was very patient and professional. She also gave information on promos that were currently going to those who created a new account. I recommend!”

“Great place. Between all the branches this one and the hackensack branch, Are the most helpful. I used to live by the branch in haworth and Harrington park so I have an accurate feel after banking at all 8 of them. It is a great and growing bank had some time to dig its heals in and is now really taking it seriously after quite a bumpy road in the past they fixed all the bugs in the app and overall experience”
