As soon as we entered Natalia Oliver greeted us and helped us with our accounts, even though they were 20 min from closing.We had an appointment at another branch in Edgewater but the associate never showed up and they didn't accomodate us. Natalia helped us on the spot without an appointment! As a new Chase Bank customer, this was a great experience at this branch.
