I think it's important to acknowledge exceptional service, therefore I wanted to make sure you were aware how much Citibank staffer Ms. Issa Dishmay contributed to positive banking experience in Fort Lee bank office.I was able to get assistance from Ms. Isa Dishmay, who answered my inquiries and made sure they were in line with bank regulations and procedures. She did concisely and clearly address my queries in very polite manner.

Heartless employees!
The Branch had just closed. I was depositing cash into the ATM closest to the door. The ATM ended up eating nearly $100 of my cash. Without reflecting that in my balance. And so I was asking them to please help me. All they did was shake their head and go hide in the back room. I was there knocking and begging for someone to help me with the ATM repeatedly. The money happened to be condolence donations people give me for my mother's funeral. So even though I'm a grown woman I was crying. Because the ATM had eaten my money and no one would help me. Finally after an accountant was finishing up with their customer, she came over while I was crying and explain to me what I should do. She was the only one had a little bit of sympathy. But the tall black guy the short Asian woman and the short Latina lady or maybe she was just brown skin with long wavy hair. The ones who sit behind the counter and help you they were all heartless. They need to be put on blast. Even simply saying oh we're not able to help you with that call this number. That's all you needed to do instead of just ignoring me. I was out there for like 40 minutes. I ended up calling a police officer and he was trying to get someone in there to help me even though they're closed. I filed a report because I was robbed by the ATM and except for that one accountant nobody in the branch cared. So if you're going to go to Citibank don't go to this one.

Ms. Choi is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and listens. She’s helped me time and time again and is always courteous. Her office is in the back, in the middle, and I seek her out when I have a problem. The young guy there is not so helpful and has a bad attitude so I don’t ever engage him and will wait for Ms. Choi. She’s the only reason I am still with Citibank.

YUNA the business account rep tole me that that they do not open business accounts to either consultants or small business. I left message for branch manager named Nicole who also did not call back. if you are a small business or a consultant business dont waste your time. YUNA, had terrible customer service and acted like she was the bank owner, when we couldn't understand her and she obviously didn't understand us as we explained to her 3xs what we wanted. there was NO follow through in building relationship with their customers! terrible service at this branch and Nicole the branch manager don't call back either so the whole branch is unprofessional and they need to clean house!!

This branch is very very poorly run. Even simple bank run can be super delayed @ this branch. Something not so right here.. every time I come to this branch, I have to keep remind myself to avoid coming here. It’s very inconvenient because this I I believe only branch in fort Lee. ..

I am desperately trying to find info on a wire transfer where Citibank is the middle bank my money is gone i have no idea who to contact, the bank that sent it doesn't have the bank meant to receive it sent it back so my assumption is that it's in the middle it is a huge sum of money and I'm at a complete loss? How can one of the biggest have thee worst customer service makes no sense. In a panic!!!!!!
