This branch is very very poorly run. Even simple bank run can be super delayed @ this branch. Something not so right here.. every time I come to this branch, I have to keep remind myself to avoid coming here. It’s very inconvenient because this I I believe only branch in fort Lee. ..

Great bank! Employees work hard here and try to do their best in assisting you. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Either some people are so impatient and can’t handle waiting in line or lost money at their own fault. Either way, great service overall. Thank you!

I am desperately trying to find info on a wire transfer where Citibank is the middle bank my money is gone i have no idea who to contact, the bank that sent it doesn't have the bank meant to receive it sent it back so my assumption is that it's in the middle it is a huge sum of money and I'm at a complete loss? How can one of the biggest have thee worst customer service makes no sense. In a panic!!!!!!

8 people in line, only one employee tried to help a customer who had some kind of problem. None of the other employees agreed to work even after I brought the situation to their attention. I had to wait more than 20 minutes.

Unfriendly service for many years at this branch. The latest: A simple request to transfer documents via interoffice mail was denied. Customer service later told me that there was no reason why.

There are never enough tellers on duty here, leading to lines and frustrated customers. Not sure if this is a management issue but I have been waiting here for 15 mins and the line hasn't moved other than when frustrated customers gave up and left.

Staff are nice and try their best but this branch is poorly run. What is the point of appointment if they dont check/ask and late anyway. Has parking though so bit better than Hoboken branch

The teller and the employee in the back room tells me different procedures for ordering foreign exchange. Very poor service and poor training. They don’t deserve any stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I second that fact the recently no one picks up the phone at this branch. I have been trying to get resolution on an issue for months and even had to write to the corporate office which just directed me back to the branch manager who is never available and refused to speak to me directly. I have banked with Citibank for 23 years and this branch is where I opened my account and due to their complete lack of caring and customer service I will be changing banks. I see no reason why the should continue to gain profit from me!

I had an awful experience at this branch. I along with eight other people had to wait for more than 15 minutes on line while 3 tellers were serving 3 customers respectively. It appeared that the three customers had intricate transactions, requiring much paperwork and signatures. I became extremely frustrated because I have a medical condition which prevents me from standing for long periods of time. I thus decided to seek out the branch manager to log a complaint. I went to one of the offices located in the rear. I saw a woman sitting at her desk. I asked her if she was the manager and she responded she was not. At that point, I had to vent my grievance to someone. She displayed a nonchalant attitude by telling me that was the way things were, nothing can be done and I had to have patience. I suggested to her that if a customer requires an unusual banking transaction, he or she should obtain assistance from a customer service representative. After that episode, I left the building with fury. Since I had the same experience on a previous occasion at this branch, I concluded that I can no longer to do any kind of banking at the Fort Lee branch. I get much better treatment at the branches in Manhattan. It will truly be worth the transportation expense.
