They need to train their employees properly, they get confused about what they do and causing unnecessary long line. And, I wotnessed so many time over years that they always busy talking each other and not caring customers. I prefer UPS in same mall because they are faster and professional.

This place is always very helpful. The employees are kind and go out of their way to help. A gentleman printed a label for me no problem.
