“Got a price for a fireplace extraordinaire 864 from a store in Bellmore. The install required an elbow and that store added an increased amount to the price and took 12 weeks for them to install it had I ordered from them. Called NYC Fireplaces and the unit was $2000 less , no up charge for an elbow on the vent and the unit was delivered and installed perfectly in a week and a half. Sal came out to measure and answered all of our questions. A perfect experience. Will definitely shop there again.”

Throughout the sale I never felt pressured, and I felt like Mario was incredibly patient, supportive, and knowledgeable on all my questions through a variety of mattress and furniture options. At times Mario even walked both myself and my family though the store to show me all the products available. I fully furnished a new apartment at a very reasonable price and felt great about the products I purchased. What blew me away is that with coordinating the move-in date both Mario and the store manager followed through with finding my preferred date. That was so important with shipping my furniture down prior to starting my new job. I can’t write enough good things — I would 100% recommend this Ashley’s and if possible I would say ask for Mario. This was one of the best retail experiences I could have asked for with some large purchases.”

“This is such a cute little shop filled with unique knickknacks and an eclectic assortment of items. I spent quite a while browsing because there was so much to look at. There were so many things I wanted to buy that I had to exercise some self-control—otherwise, I probably would have spent all my money there!
I would absolutely return. I've been in this neighborhood many times, and I can't believe I never discovered this shop until now. It's a little tucked away, so it's easy to walk right past it, but don't make that mistake. It's definitely worth stopping in.
The owner was friendly, welcoming, and available if I had any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.”

“I absolutely love this store! They have extremely cute things from clothes, cards, skincare items, jewelry, etc. I bought a handbag around Mothers Day, it happened to break a few months after I bought it, so I went in to see if I could get it repaired, returned, or get some type of store credit. I know they have a certain return policy (I cant remember exactly what it is), so I figured the outcome was going to be a “no” and although I didn’t have the original receipt, I just thought I would pop in and try! I was greeted with smiles and kindness and when I explained what happened they immediately looked at the bag, called the vendor, and gave me the same bag brand new. Whether it was user error or a bag malfunction they took care of it immediately. It truly was the glimmer of my day. The staff, the inventory, and the over all vibe is top tier. You can tell they really care about their customers and community. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already!”

This time, we happened upon the Raymour and Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Avenue and decided to check this location. The salesman was very professional, informative and welcoming. He compared features between the mattresses within an slightly above our budget without feeling like he was upselling to us. He answered all questions and provided delivery information. The entire process was satisfactory, streamlined and fairly quick. The customer service rep who finalized the sale was pleasant and polite. Overall it was a very good experience and we feel confident that will ultimately be satisfied with the mattress we selected with the salesman's assistance.”
