Prices are great and the quality of the bells are at least on par with the more expensive, bigger brands out there. The first time I contacted them via phone for an out of stock item, the employee called a few other stores to find and ship me the hard to find item! Today I went in to get my son’s stick restrung and left with a new helmet bc the young men working there were so knowledgeable and kind to my son. I’ll be driving the hour+ to their store for all my lacrosse needs. Definitely recommend checking out their store!”

“Came to the store for return of an Aerie item purchased online. It was a pair of leggings bought for my child that was too long and so I was hoping to exchange for the shorter version. The staff at the cashier was very kind and handled my request with professionalism. She patiently explained that their store wouldn’t have Aerie items so I wouldn’t be able to get the shorter version at this store— but that she could still initiate a return for me for the new leggings to be shipped directly to our home.
There was also a price difference the shorter version being a little cheaper plus she also kindly offered a coupon after I registered my phone number and email— so she suggested either I could find the original receipt or pick an item in the store. I could also make a donation.
Everything was handled respectfully and things were explained in a way that did not make me feel judged for having to return an item due to size. Options were provided to customer even for just a return of items.
For smoother process of return:
1) Always keep the tag on as the tag contains important information for the product
2) Keep original receipt (if bought online there should be an email receipt)
