I came to Somerset Att to purchase an iPhone and I spoke with a guy name Wally. He was a very helpful and patient person. He gave me his undivided attention in showing and teaching me how to use the phone since I am a very senior citizen. I honestly will recommend my friends and family to visit his store and ask for him. Without his invaluable assistance I would be lost using an apple iphone. Thanks for such a wonderful opportunity to have his service and expertise.

I came to this location and Mr. Walley. He was outrageous. He was 9 yard. He gave me 100% service and I recommended it to my friend family and everybody. This is my first time at the best experience I had from AT&T thank you very much.

I visited your somerset location recently. I was quickly greeted by Bianca very beautiful young girl. She was excellent and extremely helpful. She gave us all the information we needed for our devices and she really went beyond in assisting us. I was very pleased with her performance.

If you need any sort of repair, try somewhere else. Despite the sign saying "repairs and replacements," within a minute of walking in with a broken phone (black screen, I was asking to transfer the stored data to a spare phone) I was advised to try "You Break It, I Fix It" because I could not be helped.... Unless I wanted to upgrade.
I had to push to have the SIM card moved to a spare phone I had. Disgraceful.

My experience was great I was able to save $30 on my bill. Plus I got a new phone and a watch I would recommend working with Bianca she’s the best. She went over my bill step by step and making I was saving money.
