Walk-in service? Wonderful.Drive-thru service? Please, please, don't do it unless you're in the mood to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes in line.No reflection on the associates, they have always been wonderful - but there's something endemic of BofA drive-thru service that is absolutely terrible.

Ms. NABILA was very informed, very thorough and friendly. The experience was very pleasant in the branch.Tellers are also very quick and accurately complete without wasting any time. All in all the branch is busy but very pleasant.

I'm not sure what's going on at this bank, but I've been here with my 80 year old mom for over 1hour and we are waiting outside. This is the worst!!! There must be 30 people waiting to get in..
