I recently had the pleasure of visiting [ somerset branch]’s [151 pierce street] branch, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service demonstrated by the staff.
From the moment I entered the branch, I was greeted warmly and directed promptly to the appropriate department. The environment was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff members were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my questions and provide clear, helpful answers.
Particularly, [Asha and Bela] went above and beyond to assist me with [MM account]and setting up a new account, applying for a loan, resolving a transaction issue]. Their attention to detail and courteous approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
I left the branch feeling confident and valued as a client.
I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking reliable and professional banking services. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition.

I saw another review saying that they dont cash their own checks so I called ahead to save me a trip. Very corteous over the phone explained to me they only cash checks up to $500 for non-customers. She recommended I deposit it in my own bank, which is fine. Times have changed and, as someone that used to work in the banking industry, I know it costs money to keep cash in the branch. It's understandable that they limit their service to non-customers. This is something I have seen at other banks for a while.

I've been banking at this location since it opened as an Investor Savings several years ago. I like the location as it's easy to get to and the experience with the tellers and bank personnel have been positive. The one issue I have though is the ATM - when it was an Investors ATM one could get their withdrawal in $50s if they wanted to and since the switch to Citizen's the choices are $100, $20 and $5. $5 bills - really???

Worst branch ever!!!! I walked in at 4:03 to deposit the check. The door was also unlocked, and as soon as I walked in, the lady said oh branch is closed, and you have to come back tomorrow. Seriously, it's just past 3 min. How long does it take to deposit the check, 2 hours ?.

Love this bank, but since the switch from Investors the ATM is practically always out of service when I go and I’m tired of being charged a fee to use an outside ATM because of this. This is the only one close to my house so it’s frustrating getting charged a fee for something that isn’t my fault nor my intention to do in the first place. That’s one of the only things I miss about investors you could use an outside ATM free 3-4 times a month before they charged a fee. It’s a bit of a bummer and makes me contemplate switching banks after 10 years.

Yesterday I waited went to Somerset branch & asked teller for 1098 tax form. She directed me to wait on line. I waited 25 minutes for the customer service lady to meet with me. The over worked rep had to get up from her desk 3 times to retrieve papers from the back for the customer (in line before me). During those 25 minutes, I saw only one customer come in to do business with the teller. Finally, teller came over to me, and asked me again what I was waiting for. I AGAIN replied for my 1098 tax form, she said she could help me, and a few minutes later I got the form and was on my way. I'd give a lower rating for the lack of teamwork and poor customer service, but all the other Investor Bank branches I've gone to have been superb. Note to self... avoid this branch.

I go to the Branch at Adephia Rd and Rt 9 in Freehold. I have had an account there for over 20 years and can honestly say that I would never close my account there. They are all very helpful and go out of there way to help you. My account was compromised and it was caught before any amount of money was taken. They are very good at the protection. Although at times it has affected me buying something, I realized it was for my protection and appreciate it. All it took was a phone call.
