“If you want me to snap, mention a chain drug store and I'm likely to go postal remembering all those front-line encounters (mostly at CVS) with deranged gatekeepers who whipsawed me between lines and could never could quite help me navigate their idiotic, Rube Goldberg notions of customer service and crowd control. I recently had quite a different experience at Walgreens where I happened to stop in for a flu shot with no appointment. It wasn't particularly busy but the encounter was crisp with paperwork exchanged and the jab administered in less than ten minutes - and, wonder of wonders - no upsell for COVID, Shingles, pneumonia, toe fungus or the heartbreak of psoriasis. I'll save those medical ministrations for my next Bachelor weekend. Thanks Walgreens. Five stars for not being CVS.”

“Our local Rite Aid pharmacy abruptly closed about 6 months ago. Since then we have been using Walgreens in Franklin. Have not had one serious issue! Interactions with staff have been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The Pharmacist, Lisa, has been incredibly pleasant and helpful. “Ultra care pharmacy is the best, I took my kids for Covid vaccine and flu shots and my kids they love to take vaccines from ultra care, they did not felt any pain while vaccinated, I highly recommend ultra care pharmacy for vaccine requirements.”
