“The best post office seen so far…amazing people. Very very caring and compassionate. This is a clear example of how people can make a difference and not just the service. My 5 year old daughter seeing this wants to be a post master.”
“I must give kudos to Cindy, the manager of this Post Office location. She has helped me in the past, but today deserves a 5 star. I had sent a letter via Certified mail/return receipt. The receipt is not yet back and may be lost. She printed out a copy of the proof of delivery signature (which I cannot access online) and offered to write a letter to be submitted as proof of delivery for the government office that needs proof that I sent the documents. That is good service ladies and gentlemen.”

“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”

“I've never had a bad experience here. People are super helpful and kind... Which is rare for post offices these days.
I was waiting on line for a little while so I was able to witness other people's interactions also. The employees exhibited patience with people who didn't fill out the necessary forms, offered cost effective options, and took the time to go over any tracking details on the receipts.”
“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“Always excellent service and very quick. I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”
“The lady who works here is amazing. Super professional, friendly, always greeting and smiling to customers. She has answered all my questions. I won’t go to any usps around me besides this location. She is amazing and I love how easy she is to talk to. She doesn’t make me feel as a bother with all the questions I have?”
“Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”

I had such a great experience with Inez! She handled everything I needed perfectly and made the whole process quick and easy. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and even had a great sense of humor, which made the experience that much better. It’s refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people and does it with such a positive attitude. Inez is a wonderful USPS employee and deserves all the recognition. “In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”
“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“When you see a white SUV, expect great service from Gina. If you see a black SUV expect middling to poor service as the clerk who I cant remember is always on her phone and isnt polite. Thankfully Gina is there more often than not. They recently refaced the interior which looks nice.”

“I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.”
“Went to the usps office . Fantastic location. Right on route one… lots of parking outside.. we actually came here to take some printouts and some phtocopies , but they do not do that service ! Wish they had color printouts like UPS.. hope they also add notary services.
Otherwise this place is good. Regular postal services are perfectly good… just that my purpose was not solved.. 4 stars .”

“This post office has never given me any issues, they are always polite, respectful, helpful. All of the staff are great, especially Ebony. She is a professional and she is always very helpful. I don't know anything about mailing stuff honestly but she never makes me feel bad for not knowing and always helps me through, giving me advice when I need it, she has the answers to all my questions.
I'm not sure what all the negative feedback for her is regarding.
she is not the warm and fuzzy type but I don't think you need to be to do your job well. she is kind and great at her job, an asset to the postal service, and I really appreciate her being there”
